As a family run business we are able to be flexible in our approach to accommodating any business. Our aim is to promote a community within the Centre.

As we have a useful range of space, Tenants also vary from studio single person enterprises, to those having a number of employees; and while some trade locally, others have built their businesses into national and international trade.

We endeavour to encourage a variety of enterprises, which has a positive ethos in enabling business to use each others expertise.

There are manufacturing, service and intellectual businesses on the site. Some existing Tenants are very long term and we also encourage start-ups and growing businesses in the knowledge that they can potentially expand on site in the first instance, before moving on.
